2019 has officially ended and as we move forward into 2020, we can’t help but look back at the successes Westbow has seen in the last decade.

2009: At the end of the last decade Westbow saw a big change, the addition of Nick Westeringh to the company as Chief Executive Officer. Westbow was established in 1977 by Dick Westeringh with a goal of providing homes for families across Western Canada. One of Dick’s children, Nick, stepped up to the task of helping with the continuous growth of Westbow.

2010: Located in the promontory area, 2010 saw the launch of construction on Solara. A collection of single family homes with beautiful views of the Chilliwack Valley.

2011: Two of Westbow’s largest developments were officially secured in 2011. Elk Creek Estates is a 7 phase development (currently under phase 6 construction) with over 120 single family homes. This unique development features a play park, walking trails and a variety of  floor plan layouts.. 2011 also saw the start of Prowest, a group of developments including Benchley Creek, Sylvan Heights, Southridge, Greenwood trails and Sylvan homes. This project has provided the residents of Chilliwack with hundreds of homes, at various price points.

2012: Westbow’s official expansion into Saskatchewan kicked off in 2012. With Justin Westeringh taking the lead on the building projects and partnering with Realtor Marla Janzen, Westbow’s Saskatchewan projects have helped to fill a gap in the market. 2012 began the start of 2 large projects for the Saskatchewan team, Radius and 4 duplexes on Langer Street.
